situation is I would buy this camera any day over it's competitors. It is easy to use
though a little difficult to follow at first I was taking EXCELLENT SHOTS in under an hour.

October 2006 after taking all sorts of photos with this camera our minds have been changed about
Canon. We utterly delighted and strongly recomend anyone considering purchasing a camera around
the $500 mark THIS IS THE ONE TO BUY. The Canon Powershot S3 IS has PERFORMED ALMOST FLAWLESSLY
in over 600 pictures each one perfect except a few operator errors. We tested almost all the features
from colour swap, colour replace, zoom features, night photography, night skyshots Christmas lights
and the list goes on. It is utterly amazing how they do it, our onadvice so far would be keep up the
good work Canon. After the canon IP 5200 printer gave us nothing but grief we almost did not buy this
camera however I am GLAD I did!
