This is a non profit group who strives to let EACH PARTY HAVE THEIR SAY HONESTLY & OPENLY UNLIKE MOST OTHERS DESIGNED FOR JUST THE LANDLORD OR AGENT & ARE ALSO BIASED AGAINST ALL TENANTS. We invite you to send us your grievances with proof and we will list this information in our database to enable a more realistic understandable & approachable area between Tenants Landlords & Real Estates. Currently many tenants won't rent through a particular Agent or Landlord as a result of a bad name & vice versa because of these other biased lists we hope to change all that, for the truly decent Tenants Landlords & Real Estates. It has recently been found that Real estate agents have driven up the rental prices dramatically and started a bidding war even for those tenants who cannot afford it. Housing prices have gone sky high and the balloon is set to burst very soon leaving everyone running for cover when property prices and markets start to crash. See the chart below our expectations for what is soon to come more than likely in the first quarter of 2008 is when property prices will start to crash.

It is predicted that people will make a mass exodus from the property scene in the near future. Leaving in the wake a number of real estates specially those who use misleading practices such as those found on signs recently:

Description of problem / what happened.

The above agent / tenant rented the above place to myself above agent / tenant I advised on the entry condition report and attached photographs as proof of the condition of the property including some of the power points had fallen out, also the smoke detectors did not work, the agent fails to maintain them which is unsafe. The whole house and yard needed cleaning. The other residents / visitors in the area leave drug needles laying around, they hoon on the local streets throw wild parties make excess noise at all hours of the day and night. This includes bombs and fireworks being set off anytime from 5pm - 5am. My food is being eaten by rats coming in through holes in the walls. The yard floods almost each time it rains and is soggy for a week.

It has now been over 36 months I have had to put up with this and other problems, damages have not been repaired or reimbursed for after numerous reports, I have since gotten so sick of this situation I had to move out to my current address above. Can you please help by lodging this report in the registry.
