Landlaords Real Estates and Tenants The Fair Debate

Why should tenants & other clients of Real Estates & Landlords have to pay as the agent landlord demands their bills on or pre paid before time, when the agent not only believes they themselves don't have to pay on time but actually enforces this belief by demanding credit from businesses and not paying for one to two months even years after the due date of the bill some have taken 10+ years & still have not paid. They try to use excuses such as we have no money, the landlord will not pay or we don't believe in call-out fees and or consultations as chargeable services.

Alongside us we are sure there are a lot of people who would really love to see real estates and the like successfully use that on their doctor when they go to see him or her with the flu, as they are having a consult service provided to them in that case. Another thing to note is that if the doctor comes to them (a house call) or they spend extra time with the doctor, they have to pay extra and also for the call-out. Rental managers especially seem to be the worst offenders & in our opinion quite possibly the main reason many service people either charge a fortune for the lack of or so-so quality service or have a don't care give me the money attitude to just about everyone else.

So when the truly decent providers of services and or products enter the lives of you (the general public) you treat them like garbage, you use, abuse or just plain ignore them when all they are doing is what is asked of them. Many decent service providers do honestly try to help out & usually get kicked in the teeth when the service people are right & the client, the Real Estate or Landlord are the ones responsible for the damage that can't be repaired. The service person is usually abused, also they try to get out of paying and also get in trouble for the fact the person who initially damaged the item may or not be there to be abused.

Real Estate agents & Landlords let properties get run down & damaged on a daily basis, then they expect service people to come in wave a magic wand & make it all brand new again. We all know of course is impossible, yet it is expected; & even if this does occur, the service person, though they may have extended a 14 day or even a pay at the end of the month credit to the Agent or Landlord, & made it super easy for them by giving them direct deposit details to hand to the accounts person, they still have no idea when or if at all they are going to get paid by this greedy monster we call a Real Estate Agent or Landlord. They want their cake & eat it too. Well its high time they face facts they can't have it both ways, maybe all their clients rentals especially should join forces across the country, come to a decision on a date period & as a united entity all not pay their rent & other bills given to them by the Real Estates & Landlords until a time determined by them not the Real Estate or Landlord.

I'm sure the Agents would eventually realise it as a lesson for them, & if it doesn't teach them the first time maybe a few more of the same exercise would. The lesson is simple economics, pay your bills when they are due according to the providers terms, & the provider can pay their bills as per the terms given them, & so on down the chain so that the money comes full circle in the fact that the tenant then generally has the money to pay the rent & all their other bills on time.

One final note if we were real estate agent or landlords we would be more than likely one of the 5 to 10 % that really are fair to all parties.
