We here at tecacentre.net on behalf of the Gold Coast would like to personally
thank Mr Peter Beattie for stepping in and taking for his swift action
surrounding the water crisis. This long drawn out problem of the various
councils being unable to repair for so many years now it is not funny. It has in
fact now been over 40 in the case of the gold coasts problem as mentioned in a
previous article Sir Bruce Small advised the council of the era to correct the
problem before it is to late. The all powerful and knowing Gold Coast city
council has to our knowledge still done nothing apart from talk about it for 40
YEARS since.
The collective group of councils that were dealing with this water problem were
rapidly begining to be known as the dirty dozen and a half. This name started to
ring true last week when our interpretation the lord mayor of Brisbane slammed
Peter Beattie as being a show pony and doing it for the election just for
politics. That is taking over control of the water situation from the dirty
dozen and a half councils that have in recent years have not been able to figure
out the 40 plus year old statement as mentioned.
We have supported Peter Beattie in his political career since first meeting him
16 years ago when he was visiting our area on the voting trail for one of his
team members Helen Abrahams. During and Since this time especially about a month
after visit we realised Peter Beattie was genuine to his word and this is the
main reason we have stuck with him as long as we have. As Peter Beattie stated
the other night on televison it is not about politics we just want water. Peter
Beattie with every dealing with us has always been a people first up front kind
of person and that is why something is being done now that Peter Beattie is in
charge of the water future.
Peter Beattie was wise to call Queensland the smart state as we believe we are
the smartest of the states with the smartest premier and many of the people to.
However some of the councils and hoodlums that live in the areas let down the
team in this respect as they regularly display publicly how stupid they really
are. But as you all know there are always a few bad apples that spoil everything
for the rest of us as highlighted recently in the news about the water theives.
This goes to show once again showing that big business cannot always get away
with whatever they feel like.
In our opinion here at tecacentre.net Peter Beattie will get our vote everytime
as we also want water to be able to use it to clean and to survive. We urge
every member of each community in Queensland that should they wish to survive
also they vote for Peter Beattie. It is our understanding that humans can only
live for up to a week without water, and if Peter Beattie just wants water just
like the rest of us we are not sure how those that oppose him plan to live
without WATER. Peter Beattie to our knowledge is one of the few if not the only
politician to actually devote himself to a cause and actually get the job done.
This is of course possible with the help of his team however he has and still is
the driving force for many to lookup to in politics. No matter what situation
you are in whether it be involving Tenancy Employment Community or an
Association Peter Beattie is your best choice to represent you.
